SMS V-25 Plans?

    SMS V-170 (and/or G-101)
    USS Smith DD-17
    IJN Wakatake

    I was looking at ship pictures and that V-25 looks allot like a IJN Momi class destroyer. I would say try those and downsize the IJN plans
