I had wanted to build it, but as part of my project to get down to 5 ships in the shop, I am parting with the following:
1 Ralph Coles DKM Tirpitz hull (1/144), uncut and untouched, with a nice driveshaft made by Rob Stalnaker that has a grease fitting included (but not installed).
    UPDATE: PICS!!
Price: $200 plus shipping. I will take check from someone I know, or Paypal (preferred).

RE: FOR SALE: TIRPITZ HULL I was waiting for a Ralph Coles Tirpitz to pop up... now that it has I know it would only collect dust for years yet to come and it needs to be on the water post haste! The first ships I ever took interest in were the Bismarck class. They were just so popular in this hobby I didn't want to be another "me too". Sigh... best of luck with the sale:)

RE: [SOLD PENDING FUNDS] TIRPITZ HULL As long as your wife doesn't kill you :) For an extra fee, I can act like I'm giving it to you as a gift when you come to the battle :)

Oh, wait, I still owe you a dinner :)

I'll send a pm with the email address for paypal, and I can start ordering the aluminum channel for the BIG 3D printer project!

I haven't fininshed my Tirpitz yet. Been on hold because of the other projects but I am looking forward to having the pair pondside one day.
