Can anyone show me some diagrams or something that show torpedo launcher, air hose, and anything else I'd need to fire?
(for a 1:144 scale combat sub)

Best bet, see if you can round somebody up who has a sub to get you some pictures... all the subs for Big Guns combat are typically one of a kind custom builds. And... there are not many in operation. See Rcwarships.org for a history of torpedo developement (I think it's article 7 on NTXBG also). It's a good read. See the NTXBG website for a how to on CO2 systems (Article 15). This is the best ready reference for big gun air systems online in my opinion. I think that you'd need to use the single shot torpedo system to save the weight of the regulator and bottle at the very least. I'm not recalling off the top of my head where that link is, but it is very common for destroyers.
