For $100 or $150, you will be able to get a new fiberglass battleship hull and not much else. You can get a little more for the money used, but there isn't anywhere you will be able to get a functioning warship ready for combat for that price.

Yes, both Battlers Connection and Strike Models will ship to PA.

Have you attended any battles? Will you want to battle, or just have an RC ship? Do you have modeling experience? All of these will help us guide you in the right direction.

He may be thinking of the page on the scrap site that lists hulls that various people manufacture, including Battlers and Strike.

Mr. Turkey, we're at 1:144 scale, so it's a bit bigger than you may be used to. The Iowa is over six feet long, for example. If you don't have any clubs nearby or good transportation, you probably want to just start it as a running model but not as a combat ship, as there's no good combat to be had with just one ship (and the manufacturers won't sell cannons to minors, nor will they sell them to you for the purposes of keeping your pool free of ducks).
