Self-leveling cement filler seems to be the one of choice, just GoogleShop search it, and you can sort by proximity and price.

There's one brand on the self leveling concrete sealer that's better than the other. Don't ask me which one I don't use it. Becareful on a ship that is close on weight, that stuff can get heavy.
I use a two part plastic with micro ballons. It's light and will even float. a little foam CA glued to the hull then pour plastic over it.

PL is the name of the good stuff. Available in Lowes and probably Home Depot. It must say self leveling concrete crack sealer.

Cement filler works fine as a water channeling material, but it just doesn't look as good as epoxy if you've got a beautifully built wooden hull. I put a lot of effort into my wooden hulls, so I use Tap Plastics marine grade epoxy for my water channels. It's a lot more expensive than the cement filler, but I pay the extra because it shows off my woodwork better. If you've got a fiberglass hull, budgetary limitations, or construction errors that you want to cover up, then go for the cement filler instead.

Make sure you seal the bottom edges of the water channel before using the PL else the stuff will seep under and into the water channel.
