No ties please. My wife got me a Sears 9 inch band saw,a universal fence for it. A 5 drawer roller cart to mount it on and to store accessories and tools. A combo belt sander/6 inch disc wheel sander with a Sears 2 shelf roller cart to mount it on and to put my shop vac under neath. Santa Clause helped her to pick this out. HO,Ho,Ho. Merry Christmas. Marriage is good.

At this time of posting 11 people looked at this thread and none of you got any thing that is related to our hobby for Christmas? I feel lucky then.

Wife and kids got me a whole set of Team Delta boards to outfit my Iron Duke, and 21+ ft of rifled BB gun barrel material for my next set of geek guns I plan on making.

I just need to cut it to 6 inch lenghts, and machine the end down to 1/4 inch. I will have a little extra to refit my other boats also. So I have a bit of gun barrel work to do over the next couple of months. I finished one as a testing gun, and I have to say it fires nice, so far 500+ shot out of it with no issues.

Turret covers, an HPA tank, Palmer stabilizer, and a large bilge pump for Keruzer 'P'. It's not so much boat related but I did get an 18th scale RC truck so I can run with Neil and the the boys. Have you got your truck up and running yet, Dan?

Unfortunately nothing - but I did get a large tool set, I'm hoping this means I'll have an antique tractor on the way to rebuild...

Bring those plans along to the New Years party, we'll have Tech Officer Eric inspect them for acceptable rib spacing, dimensions, etc. I'll also bring along my own Roma plans, and if you don't have enough ribs (or a few are too close together) you can borrow some from my planset.

Christmas presents for the Navy include...... soldering gear! A brand new soldering gun and de-soldering iron. This'll also help get the Panzer division rolling, too, so it's doubly beneficial. And from the Allied side, I got blindsided by a Wii, an extra Wii-mote, and a double-handful of games. This thing is so fun that I suspect both the lead engineer and construction manager on the Viribus Unitis dreadnoughts will be totally distracted instead of building. Way to go Allies! If you can't beat 'em, distract 'em!

I got a router table, a big honkin' table saw, a joiner/planer, and a plunge router. And some little stuff. (Most of the wood tools were from an estate sale, so it's not like they cost bou-coup) Oh, and more boat plans :)

And Crazyhawk, I didn't know you were into Dance Dance Revolution... ;)

Well..what a holiday. Ok I started earlier my birthday was on the 21st. I started with getting a couple packs of Axis and Allies Task Force ship packs. I got the Andrea Doria, Jean Bart and many more miniatures to add to my gaming collection.
I have the full collection of 1/2000 scale Yamato and Musashis models. Yamato from orignaial configuration, Leyte Gulf, and the final configuration at time of sinking.
I got several books, FROM THE FRONT, BATTLESHIPS:3000 YEARS OF NAVAL WARFARE AT SEA,FIRST SHOT...The story of the opening salvos of a migdet Japanese submarine in Pearl Harbour,/JAPANESE BATTLESHIPS OF WW2, and WW1 DREADNOUGHTS. Lots of reading there..hmmm I got a screwdriver set, a dremel tool, a cutting board,a FUTABA 2.4GHZ and I put a Spectrum on layway with the money I received through XMAS cards.

Post New YEARS I ordered the items I needed to complete Von Der Tann, Konig and Graf Spee. That includes Cannon packages, some drive system hardware, pumps.

Not combat related but I ordered the remaining parts for my 1/72nd scale Gata Sub for static diving RC and I got 2 IR systems for my 1/16th scale tanks, and 2 new RC tanks, a Jagpanther, and a Sturn something I forget the name exactly.

That should keep me busy till spring.
