    Hi all.

I have a small cruiser I am working on and the big brass regulator I have for my larger boats is way too big. I know BC has some light regulators, but I am concerned about their ability to fulfill the order. Are there any other light regulators out there that would work?

    Thanks!

The SJS brass regulators are considerably lighter than an old style williams, but they're definitely not a BC lightweight aluminum. At this time SJS doesn't have the income or reserve capital to invest $10k+ into a custom regulator, so what we have is what we have. I run one in a Fiji with plenty of room/weight, so it should work in any but the smallest ships.

the SJS reg works well, I like it. I have one in my Fiji as well.

the fellas running destroyers are using a weird regulator off amazon. problem being that it's for disposable cartridges and not tanks but anything under 2.5 units can run on 25g cartridges if you keep the guns low-flow

I am in discussion with them (they are my primary regulator supplier) to offer this if it is desired.

The issue being the "elbow" form-factor. I was afraid to commit to a stock purchase of this style as the vast majority of captains are new-thing adverse, and would make chimpanzee noises jumping up and down in anger/confusion if they saw it in a boat. The brass style I currently stock are more "the same but better". :woot:

Hmm, That’s different. How many low pressure ports, 3?

Yes, they're for motorsports air shifters.
