as the title states I am looking for 3 hulls all IJN

    - Mogami class Cruiser

    - Ise class Battleship

    - I 400 class sub

bare hulls is fine, basic top deck and superstructures would be greatly appreciated too! (only basic though, as I plan on building the carrier variants of the Mog and Ise ;) )

I'm looking now with the ideal of purchase end of march (cnd tax season provided all my prev employer forms arrive on time!)

so yes Shipping will be required, Thank you in advance for any help you can provide!

Bowning Shipyards in Australia makes a nice Mogami hull. I've seen several people building mogamis with it, and they look spiffy :)

I think Ralph Coles also makes a Mogami class hull. It might be possible to lengthen a Fuso hull to represent an Ise, but I am not positive of the exact dimensions. I am pretty sure the basic lines are close enough for government work.

I'm pretty sure there are no I-400 hulls in production.

Well if you are interested in the Fuso then there is a thread about it posted here, and a similar one with pictures in the picture thread.

'Hawk is right, Ralph has a mold for Mogami, too, I just didn't think of it :( Shipping from Canada is probably cheaper than from Oz, too. I guess building the Australia has Oz burned into me 'ead ;)

I would lean more towards the Surcouf as an armed sub, although the hull isn't as wide, it is deeper, and it can be used allied or axis....but no-one makes a hull for it either.
