For those that dont know him , we call Greg the craftsman in BBS. He does VERY GOOOD Work, he likes the detail, he had to stop himself numours times from putting to much on this ship. He built an Andrea Doria and battled with it after this ship. Now he is going for a derrlinger bc.

RE: WTS: USS Des Moines for Small Gun ( Ohio ) Yes, I'm running her in Treaty. So far, I am very, very pleased with the ship. She's a lot more agile then I had expected, and doesn't roll nearly at all. I can easily fit in the 6v 12 AH battery I was running in my battlecruisers in her. She didn't have water channel in her when I got her, and found she doesn't really need it. Even full of water she floats on an even keel and maneuvers easily without taking on a list. I expect that's due to the rounded shape of the hull. I'm looking very forward to perforating Bismarcks with her next year. It's certainly a purchase I am glad I made.
