Saw this in a much earlier thread in regards to Floating Drydock ...
"No, their plas are usually 1/96th or 1/192nd scale. You have to take them to Kinkos or some other place that can bring them to 1/144th scale. However, as far a U.S. ship plans go, they are very good."
So I can just saunter up to a Kinkos w/ some paper plans and say "Make em 1/144th"? I would think that I would need some kind of electronic copy. Do they have a way to scan plans to resize plans?

Modern copy machines are wonderful. You just tell it you want the image to be 66% of the original and it will do it. The reason for Kinko's is that they have the machines that can do oversized copies.

Yeah. In my small town that lacks Kinkiness, I go to the local blueprint shop, which also has the large-paper copiers... I pay about $0.15 per square foot for a copy.
