For current IRCWCC members, the ballot for 2018 was sent out to the yahoo group the other day. The requirements to vote are being a current IRCWCC member for 2018, and battling in a sanctioned battle within the 24 months prior to the rules meeting in July. The pond owner got cold feet, I think Brian is still optimistic about convincing them in the future, but he had to withdraw Statesboro for next year
