Too ambiguous. Solid no from me, and I'm the French guy who'd love me some Normandie.

One thing I learned over the past week or so was that I had severely underestimated the number of voting and postal service experts that are out there.

Back on topic, last week to mail in ballots. Must be postmarked by Friday. Many rule changes hang in the balance, and the outcomes can certainly change by a few votes either way.

gonna give postmarked stragglers more time, or is there some particular time in the by-laws when the results are posted?

I've counted the votes once, a few of the proposals are within 1-2 votes so I'm going to recheck the tally on those. Look for results within the next few days
