    ...is coming up! Only one more weekend after this one to get your boats ready for the first monthly local battle of 2015. It'll be at our usual park in Statesboro, power pondside, and we're planning on the boys cooking hotdogs for us Saturday lunch. If you want to bring chips or cookies, please do :)

    But definitely bring your boats and swim fins! ;)

    trying hard to finish at least one of the boats for the battle.... if my gears come in I can get the shima minus pump running by saturday. if not i will get the kongo in battle but not finished condition this weekend

    Bring what you have :) Worst-case scenario and neither is ready, you can run a loaner boat :)

    Status update: Boss has confirmed I can have next Friday off. Spudsy is planning on driving down to my place Thursday night, we will roll for Statesboro Friday afternoon....

    Yay! With the upcoming knee replacement, this may be the last battle I hit for a few months. You guys BETTER make it! :)

    Several people, but not me. Had minor teething issues, but overall Evie did very well, got several compliments on her handling and appearance :)

    Charred remains are sad, watching them become such can be interesting.
