Alright... there is a software way to fake a 3 or 4 position switch in the DX6 for both channels 5 and 6, and here is how to do it. Go to the Mix A Menu (if you have never played with it it will say Mix A11 0% Use the channel button (down, up moves to next mix) once to go to the offset menu (you can offset the servo center here) Once more goes to a menu that looks like this mix Ach 11 the number on the left is the master channel, the number on the right is the slave. For ch 5 (as I will do in this example) do the following. set it so it looks like this mix Ach 55 meaning ch 5 is both master and slave. use the channel button again to find a menu that looks like this mix ASW and it will probably say ON or OFF or A or E or F1 Set it to E (that means Elevator dual rate switch. Press the Channel button down yet again to bring you back to the 0% screen. (if your dual rate switch is in the off position then it will say OFF instead of 0%) Make sure the elevator dual rate switch is set to position 1. Set this number to the travel percentage you want when the elevator dual rate switch is on and the ch 5 switch is in its current location. Now toggle channel 5 and set its other dual rate position. there you go, you have just faked a 4 position switch. Position 1 is back on ch5, off on dual rate Position 2 is back on ch 5 On on dual rate Position 3 is front on ch 5, On on dual rate Position 4 is front on ch 5, Off on dual rate. Hope this helps some folks. -Greg
