I went 5 out of control at a regional recently. I was asked if I was on 5. I answered 5 out of control. It occurred to me afterwards that legally I might be only required to say " on 5" and still shoot back. Is there a rule on this or is it a courtesy thing? Randy
5 out of control is the right answer, you need to say 'out of control' its in the rules, Part III, C, 1.a. (for normal 5) and 3.a (for out of control)
