Yeah, I noticed some slicing problems. I think the normals on that face are inverted. I seem to recall Cura being ok with that problem so long as the bottom was down when you sliced it. @Tugboat could fix it though if he remembers it at a moment that overlaps free time and energy.
Not to pile on here, but I did find that the latest version of Slic3r really didn't like this stl file. I tried to repair it without success but, I haven't given up yet.
Until @Tugboat has a chance to fix his model, try running the stl through the netfabb repair tool @ https://modelrepair.azurewebsites.net/ Should clean it up. its a simple enough issue.
I didn't have problems before, but as of this morning, I am having 'not manifold' issues. I'll fix it tonight and repost.
