    I've been there, very cool. I asked the tour guide tons of questions, he asked if I served. Nope, just interested in history and play a lot of Silent Hunter.
    How they built the room for it and lowered it into the space is also a pretty good video.

    This is a very cool and incredibly interesting exhibit, much better now that they have moved it inside. In the second picture from the top you can see holes in the conning tower from various caliper projectiles. My hats off to the boarding crew who boarded her during her capture, that takes major guts and grit.

    well damn. now that i no longer live 4 hours from chicago they actually finished an exhibit i want to see.
