EVERY COMMERCIALY sold compressor has an expansion tank.
EVERY diving operation has an expansion tank.
Do an experiment, get a tank and regulator - attach the longest piece of hose you have and attach it to a gun.
Rapid Fire your gun and see how many shots before you lose pressure.
This is what expansion tanks can do for guns.:woot::woot::woot::woot:;)

what was wrong with that Maryland.

Did he run himself aground and damage his props?

His props were tough, but they did have several nicks in them :crying::crying:

that definitely doesn't explain how terribly that boat handled.

It's like he was *BEGGING* to get his whole side ripped open.

Experimental prop design. Most of us were glad just to see it on the water, besides the props it worked great

Ah, that makes sense. That also explains the frustration on shore in the video.
With how much accel I get out of my undersized props on my STB, I figured he'd lost blades with his tail on the shore. Do you remember what he tried?

They were printed, almost looked like a corkscrew, and very thick/long (about 1"). I suspect that the pitch was too high so they ended up pushing water out radially instead of fore & aft

    wow, that's really neato.

I would have tested them elsewhere first, but there is merit to trials by fire.
