Got some pics to post here from today's run. Yamato was damaged by the PE today. The little ship that could...did...in a big way. Rambow punctured the hull below the waterline and the little porcupine punctured the hull below the waterline , and a couple above. A couple of shots just hit the solid area of red just below the penetrable area at the below waterline mark. The sidemounts are able to penetrate the 1 inch below no problem in waves. I had to use masking tape to patch the holes as I was not expecting the GF to fire on me with PE. She's pretty good at this. I will have a pic or 2 of this later this week.
Sorry for the 'TINEY' PICS. I will repost them again larger size so you can see just how far down the bow is submerging into the water when pitching heavily. I will remove the little pics when ready. Think I cand do it this evening. Curt
