    Hey guys,

March is right around the corner and with it the beginning of the spring regional battling season. Nationals is quickly approaching, and I'm sure everyone has been busy this winter either building new boats or refitting to prepare.

To that end, I'm putting out this open recruitment call. The allied fleet needs YOU. The current fleet disposition between axis and allies is pretty horrifically unbalanced. Right now the axis fleet in both quantity of ships and units is up 2.5x the allies. At this rate, at best Nationals will be flagged versus no flag before lunch time on Monday.

If you value the principles of axis versus allies, as many argued to keep in my post in favor of flagged fleets, now is the time to help balance the fleets. To do nothing with this current disparity, is to vote for flagged fleets.

If you have driven axis for a few years now, make the switch today. Dust off that old Iron Duke or Weevee or NC and let's keep the allied fleet in the fight for 2021.

We don't want to create a pendulum effect, where too many captains come to the allied cause and now the axis are the ones calling for help. I am looking for roughly 4-6 captains who would be open to shelving their already declared axis intentions and throwing in with the allies. Anything helps. Even if your primary is going to be a cruiser, it will help even the disparity.

I’m a lurker and I can’t join in the fun this year, but when I do (likely next year or the year after), I absolutely plan on building an allied ship. I know it’s not much help now, but I want you to know that there are allied prospects like me out there.

There is nothing stopping you from building an italian boat and battling it allied.

The large majority of axis captains are driving japanese boats.

I'm just in a holding pattern for leave authorization right now, but as long as there's a shaded spot to park my camper with my dog in it at the pond, Idaho is coming with Texas as backup.

I may even be able to convince my brother in Huntersville to join in the fray. If so, I'll try to see about getting him squared away with NAMBA and whatever IRCWCC needs past that and he'd drive Texas.

The Axis has cookies. What is the Allied offering?

The axis had no cookies last year, only the allies. Choose wisely.

Qu'est-ce que c'est? la marine nationale a défié les Boches pour mener la flotte alliée dans une grande croisade?
