Armour belt location--K Class Light Cruiser (german)

    The konigsberg Light cruiser is showing a armour belt in its specs. not sure how to locate the 1/16 armour belt on the hull. established the water line, came down the 3/8 from the top of the hull for the sub deck. Is the armour belt (1/6 thick) located 50 percent between the water line and the bottom of the 3/8 mark for the sub deck?

    the belt belongs wherever the plans show it.

    with looking at the picture and then at the plans it make sense. the armour belt is a rectangle that is half above the water line and half below. so the for and aft position are easily marked, but the vertical looks to be located in side the rectangle, anyware inside.
