    Hello, Midwestern Model Ship Captains!

I am a brand new member of this forum, having only recently discovered this very exciting sport. I have been fascinated with naval combat since before I was old enough to read, and ever since then I have been interested in naval combat videogames.

After seeing RC Ship Combat alluded to in a model ship website, I have since been soaking up all the information I can on clubs and events. However, I will admit that I’m quite new to the whole “Internet forum” thing as well.

Please feel free to respond on this thread (or by PM) with any tips for seeking out events, ideas for potential builds, or just to say howdy!

    Thanks all for having me,
    Tater

At one time there were 3 people in Chicago that battled. One was rookie of the year in 2011. I have not heard from any of them in a while. Like all good rookies of the year he just stopped battling.
MN has an active group in the Mpls area. MI has a group that Kas has already pointed you too.

just remember to go after the Texas if you battle in Saranac. I hear that one's pretty easy to put under.

It's a little easier when the CO2 is not turned on in the Texas.;););)
