We had talked about having two battles next month. What dates would work for everyone?

I think 7/8 28/29 would be best for me

I can make the 8th. Don't know which ship I will bring - what ever is in the best shape.

Well, Hovey, his wife and I had a good time. 3 ships, 2 sorties, 2 sinks, some assorted failures of things. I should have some decent pictures to post later.

Had a blast today. The Suffren made a spectacular sink. Wish you all were there.

I had some stuff come down... Namely the wall in the shop. Pulled off the internal sheeting and got parts of the structure with it. With the wall still unfinished, I haven't built the workbench and unpacked boxes, end result is I couldn't find enough parts to make a running ship.
I spent the day rebuilding the wall and have completed 22 feet of new structure from the upper sill plates down. The end result is nice but I would rather have been running boats! I should have the entire wall rebuilt and new internal sheeting on most of it by next weekend. I hope to be unpacking boxes by late Sunday.
I'll post some pictures in a couple of days.

Gotta love older buildings, no remodeling project ever goes as planned. I'm glad you are alright.
