Look at my Radetzky build from May of 2012. It shows my choices for a similar sized ship.

I like Mike B's choices, apart from his propensity to paint everything pink. And put sequins on it.

What are the motors, both pump and drive? And the ESC's are Hydra 30 or 50's?

Actually the ESCs for the motors are Hydra 15s. Found here: http://www.mtroniks.net/details1.asp/ProductID/194/lockit/true/G2-hydra15.htm

The motors are Turnigy SK3 series this is the page: http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_listCategoriesAndProducts.asp?cwhl=XX&idCategory=664&v=&sortlist=P&LiPoConfig=&CatSortOrder=desc

I used the 2822 1275kv motors for propulsion on 3 LiFe cells (9.6v). They are mated to standard ratio BC gearboxes. The radio has adjustable end points to dial in the speed. It is a good combo of power and efficiency. It was built to be optimum not cheap.

The pump motor is a 4000kv+- Scorpion motor on a planetary gearbox. It is experimental. Initial tests were positive. I was running it as a 1unit pump on a modified large pump.

All of my choices factored in the voltage choices I made, long run times, and performance.
