Conti Di Cavour? Beautiful ship, my favorite. Thanks for sharing. :)

The Washington did seem to do well.
I think because in your rules it is 32 seconds vs several ships that are 38 sec.

Up-date on the Denmark Straits battle for next season.
Roland and Phil both have Bismarcks.
Steve has the Prince of Wales.
    Jeff C. has the P.E.
And Matt now has the Hood.

The annual Denmark Straights battle was held on the 20th and 21st of May.

We started with 2 Bismarcks on Saturday, but Roland's was sunk in the last sortie of the day. After two failed rescue attempts, it was finally recovered but needed too much work to return on Sunday.

John is the new owner of the Hood. On Saturday he was frantically working on it every spare moment to get the internals installed and checked out. After a few minor problems, it made it on the water Sunday for the battle.

The PE suffered a receiver failure and the ESC BEC didn't work, but with a quick radio swap it was ready for battle.

And the POW fought reliably both days.

The official Denmark Straights battle was held on Sunday. After two sorties there were no sinks and no rams, so the battle ended this year in a tie. But, as someone pointed out, the POW was the last ship standing on both sorties.
