Is there a chance you can still contact this Gentleman. I am a former Navy Seabee diver. I also have my own machine shop and millwrighting service. I have always been curious about the machinery aboard the Andrea Doria liner. I have a 14" X 40" Italian tool room lathe that has given me good service for many years. Not as interested if he served aboard the Battleship Andrea Doria. Thanks in advance. orca1950@centurylink.net James Szura
