Battlers connection?

Is BC still pumping out orders? I placed an order on Feb 11th for some supplies and it appears to still be waiting for fulfilling. Sent them an email and haven’t heard back.

I’m just curious and I do not want to bother or rush them as I have the time to wait. I assume it’s just a backlog but wanted to check.

Yeah, they're alive. I think they're slower due to some supply shortages, and it might take a while.

Have you joined their discord? They have an order questions channel among other things.

Now I don’t feel so old because I know what that is.

 

Over the last 6 months or so I’d say my BC orders have averaged about 4 weeks from order until shipment.

 

I don’t do social media type stuff. To much drama. This place is as close as I come to it haha

Discord is an online platform, which has text style talking as well as voice channels.
I use it to communicate with friends and people at my school, which is useful because we are all distanced.
Battlers Connection has a Server there.

 

So going on 2 weeks and no call back or contact regarding a recent order (+$400??) as a new builder entrant. I know they’re likely busy but kind of worried now that I ugh be out some cash. My son is wanting to get his PE afloat now that waters are ice free.

 

I recently received my last order. Unfortunately it took them about 7 weeks from order to ship date. I only ordered basic things like air hose, pump parts and other pneumatic parts.

 

Just received an order after 5ish weeks. They are on discord pretty frequently. They are reputable I would not be concerned at all you are out money. This is a small hobby and reputation carries large weight. Battler's Connection is a home business on the side for them. I've never had a problem in 20 years. If you are feeling nervous send a call or text, but I can assure you they would not take your money and split.

Anybody know if the the order times have shortened up? Thinking about making an order but would be hesitant if it will take nearly two months to get it.

 

Ummmm....I’m STILL waiting on an order placed over two months ago that was supposed to maybe ship last week or the week prior? Anyway, we’re still waiting somewhat patiently out here for over $400 of gear.

I just received an order yesterday that I placed back in late March - I think they are working through some supplier issues, but they seem to be catching-up now...

Some orders are back logged due to parts. We are working through them daily.
