Made a lot of progress on the PE this weekend. Hard bottom is done. Stuffing tubes are in. Pictured with the other boats we worked on this weekend at Mikey's. Montana is coming along nicely as well. IMAG0142.jpg IMAG0140.jpg IMAG0143.jpg

I need a hand with arming this thing, I need two custom made Indiana style cannons. Each one needs to have two turrets on a single accumulator, 3/16" two barrels per turret, slaved to rotate together and fire all at once. Then I will need 4 3 barrel 1/4" fixed torpedo guns. Any help welcome.

Is the 96 PE actually smaller than the 144 Ohio, or is it just an optical illusion?

PE is longer, Ohio is wider.

Looks like I have the main cannons, now just need torpedoes. It's getting exciting now! May actually have this beast combat ready by task force in September.

For your torpedos, if you a 3D printer or access to one Jeff K. in WWCC has a very solid and battle tested 3D printed design for reloading torpedos. Might be worth looking into.

IMG_3218.jpg These are the cannons I am going to be installing. Nikki is correct about the "tudes" lol. Will need to have 4 sets of 3 barrel 1/4" cannons.

Pretty much have all the info I need, I'm not in the hobby to become an encyclopedia on every ship I own. I just need it to be combat legal. I just build em so I can fight em.
