    Seaplane tender AV-16, the St. George, had its maiden voyage today. I am happy to report that there were no issues.:)

    Mark didn't actually tell any of us that he was secretly building a 96th scale boat.
    He just showed up with it at the event and surprised us all.
    Too funny. And way cool.

    Some great progress made today on two new Battlestations ships, a US Baltimore Cruiser and an Artemis class attack cargo ship.

    Holy cow that Baltimore is long in 1/96th scale. Very nice!

    7 feet long, about 30 pounds displacement.

    It is big, but still fits nicely in my car with the back seats down. Not so nicely in Mark's car. :D
    I will say that it is so big I'll have to make a new boat stand for it. My current stand barely holds the Shimakaze!
    Thanks for the all help with it, Mark! I can't wait to finish her out!
