So how you arming that? I was thinking about a 1/96 Capatani also, but the torp 5 minute reload seems REALLLLLLLYYYYYYY long! I admit 30 seconds is short, but wow, 5 minutes? That is a lot of dodging with battleships shooting at you every 6 to 8 seconds.

No progress as of late on the P.E.
But quite a lot on the Capitani Romani.
The bottom of the hull is done, as well as the hard area in the bow and stern.
One of Mark's yard oiler kits was added to the photo just for a size comparison.
I am currently working on the superstructure drawings for the Italian. A very cool boat indeed.

You still have not mentioned how she is going to be armed...... I am starting to hear of Axis propaganda rumors popping up on Yahoo, DrudgeReport and HuffingtonPost......

Supersturcture: I plan to do a bit with the 3D printer and vacuum former on mine.

There is a thread in the photos area. Page 2 or 3. Named USS Texas.
144th scale (I think). But very nicely done.

The 144 photos are in this thread: https://rcwarshipcombat.com/threads/uss-texas.443859/ . This model is built from one of my kits, but it was not built for combat.

There used to be a set of cad plans available on one of the BB35 sites associated with the ship in Houston, but my links for them are dead. I've attached what I downloaded at the time, maybe they will help.
