    I wonder if it is a lighting effect. The date on the image is the same as another picture of Mississippi with over all grey.

    :confused:I read its a good heli to start as its plastic, durable (in comparison to non plastic), cheap to repair, and available here in singapore. I wonder if it offers a better stability. also wondering if any way I can setup the CP to act like a FP - and at later time when more XP, can use the CP attributes.

    Look at the water around the ship; the water immediately left and right of the hull is darker than the rest of the water, almost like someone tried primitive shading just around the boat.

    I had thought that was a cloud shadow, but looking at the edges of the image I wonder if it was some distortion of the negative. Though considering the age I would have thought it was a glass plate negative which really would not distort in that manner.

    Or it could be an experimental paint scheme, there was a lot of that going on in that period.

    I think it's a predecessor to the later MS22. I actually painted my MI the same scheme, it looked good.
