PS - If you do decide to buy the west systems epoxy, don't forget the pumps! A squirt of the big can, and a squirt of the small can, and you are done! No hand measuring required.

Triple thumbs up on the pumps for West System. My pumps have lasted 3 years (oddly enough, 3 gallons of epoxy have flowed through them, going for 4) and I love how easy it makes things. Especially in a hurry. When I was fiberglassing the hull of my sailboat (full scale sailboat), it was easy to just hit 5 pumps from the epoxy and 5 from the hardener, over and over, vice having to clean a measuring device and get crap all over the place.

The pumps are great, but when I only want to mix a small amount of west system (which is most of the time), I just use a small digital scale and measure by weight 5:1 (resin:hardner). Just use a dixie cup, set the tare, then measure by weight. Very easy and no cleanup, no waste :)

Its when you don't use the "meh, looks good" method. ;)
