Let all the bad stuff go buddy. Not the good stuff, the friendships made, the amazing talent you have in building( Paul's Superstructure for examaple),the smiles our ships bring to those who never seen anything like this, the great times and the soon to be great times...Once you start putting it behind you, it will feel so much better.

I should know ..I'm a resident expert on this topic.....Lol

It's ok Paul.I got a new one so the new motor will be going back in very soon. I had to cut down the height of the mount and open up a central slot so that I could slip the motor up through the slot and out of the mount.
The Hobby store had just 2 pkgs of the dogbone I needed. Lucky or what.

I took advantage of the hot weather to do repairs to Bismarck's bow and other sections of the hull. I applied a coat of resin to the internal mountings and and stuffing tubes and gave the hull bottom interior a light coat of resin.I coated the underside of the hatches with a thin coat of resin too. One of these I will be stripping the main deck down for repair and clean up.

Bismarck main deck and portions of the hull were palm sanded today. Repairs to the massive bow damage are done.

Just the top of the bow stem a hole the size of a quarter running through the forcastel deck about an inch deep. I sealed it with Resin and sanded it.

im excited to see it though. I am even more excited that of all of like, 2 choices, you chose my acronym. I think its nice to make an impact on the hobby. Also, when you do finnish it, i think you should put it on file manager, so that all can see, and comment. i really do like the idea though, best of luck.

With sinus congestion, and chest infection and headache... I went to work on Bismarck as much as I could. The radio box was removed, the deck switches removed. The internal armor sheet removed. The drag props removed. Rudder rod and post removed. The forward hatch containing A and B turret and the aft hatch containing C and D turret were removed. D barbette was removed. Cannons were removed. All deck fittings from the bow, and both hatches were removed.
The bottom of teh hull needs sanding and repaint. The hull sides needs repaint and a little work. The forcastle and the hull decking needs to be resanded again. Both hatches need sanding. The barbettes need to be cleaned up of all the crud, glue, goop, ect.

I intend to start waterproofing my new servos today. Bismarck having an internal rearrangement and upgrade. The model will be outfitted for COMBAT-X set up. Dual sterns, Dual stern sidemounts, single stbd, single port sidemounts 1 pump.
