Water can be such a drag - dont move more than you must

Nice! Got a shot at the bottom of the pump? Curious if you integrated the screen (especially around the pump outlet). You 3D kids and your parts! Back in my day...

Standard screen mesh, bolted it in place and then brushed a very thin acetone slurry across. Now that its dry you can remove the bolts for pump disassembly and the screen stays where it belongs.

...it looks better than the camera makes it look...

Ok, nice work. What did you print it with? Doesn't look like ABS. I've been wanting to play around with pumps for a while now, but time hasn't allowed. Great to see someone else's work. :)

this version is not a major modification. no change really to the flow geometry, still lacks a proper volute. Thinned out the bottom so it could prime sooner, cleaned up some of the geometry so circular shells were more circular and less polygonal. biggest changes came in the top plate where I removed the original mounting holes and created sets for 19 and 16mm bolt patterns and rebuilt the shaft bore

As pumps are my favorite thing to play with in this hobby, your pump got me working on mine again. First prototype just got finished on the printer. Sorry about the poor image quality.
