The cake is reserved for those of us who have to attend my nephews wedding so my better half lets me sleep inside the house.
What if she finds out about the bachelor party
That is up to his buddies, brothers, and so forth. If they need a driver they can call me, wont be the first time uncle craig has come and picked up a drunk groom and party to get them to the church on time.
Good build today...there were cookies!!
and a population explosion of US Super Dreadnoughts.
So much jelly. looks like a nice set of new ships on the ways
Looks like some of us still have our winter beards
Kas is the NC legal yet?
you see the blue tape
What happened with the NC?
way less than 1" penetrable area below the waterline, stern guns ripping (more than 1 shot per gun, most likely cause was short pistons). We are nice so we allowed him to still play, but needs to be fixed
Oh. interesting. Was he already at max weight and still too little pen area?
That's the only thing about FB that is appealing to me--being able to float the hull first.
Fill with water .. A little in a little out, get a idea. But wood is lighter.
And building a hull out of mixed hardwoods is one of the great joys I have.
So I’m guessing scribing the design waterlines in my molds will help prevent this?
Probably not, hulls can be made to scale, but cutting them is still a art. Weight is variable and the bottom cut and rib cuts are to the builders discretion.
