I have been looking through the threads for an answer. A lot of the threads no longer show images, so my question; When making the ribs are they made 1/32 on a side smaller for the sheeting? Or does it not matter and make them to size.

There are construction tolerances to account for scaling errors, construction errors, balsa thickness, etc. 1/32" on both sides is pretty small, as long as the rest of your measurements are correct then no adjustment is necessary.
