I've found that photo myself, and it looks like a nice model. Whether it's based on actual plans or photos is anyone's guess. My attempts to contact the site where the photo comes from have so far gone unanswered. I've always thought the Warfield was an interesting little ship ever since I saw a photo of it "U.S. Warships of World War II" as a kid.
