Fellers, What might I expect to pay at a local machine shop to have a dozen ss pistons drilled out?
Assuming I can get past their laughter, rolled eyeballs, scorn, blunt refusal, etc etc..?
    $100 $500?
No, I don't own a lathe. (Would probably chop my leg off).
    Thx

You'll never know until you ask them. It should be less than 1hr of work. $100 an hour maybe? Case of beer maybe.
Drilling pistons with a small bit is very hard. Try drilling them with a drill press and a larger bit so there is just 1/8" or 1/16" left before you drill all the way through. Then change to the smaller bit.

With a line going to the back of the breach there is no need to drill the piston. Get high gas flow and all is good.

Considering the condition that Pirate Smurf is in, perhaps you should lay off the drilling for a while...

    That was Jeff's soldering iron.
I want breach gas, drilled pistons and two solenoids feeding each gun.
I don't care if I hit anything as long as they sound scary.

Sounds non-consensual. I think Pirate Smurf needs a #metoo sign.

You'll care if you hit yourself in the shin.
