It's a Colorado-Class battleship. USS West Virginia was one of the more badly damaged ships at Pearl to get rebuilt, and as such required such massive repairs that they completely modernized her along the lines of USS Tennessee and USS California. Pre reconstruction: Post Reconstruction:
