Just wondering what little figurines or special features people have put on their boats. Pics if possible.

Stuff like that does not last long, look at all the pictures of the boats that actually battle and you will see we all look good from about 6-10 feet away.
Save the "cute" stuff for the convoy ships.

I have seen minions, and a lot of other tiny figures. Just wondering what others have.

I've seen little railroad model figures put on some boats. Sometimes they get blown off immediately, other times they last for years. Either way, they are not visible when the boats are on the water, only up close on the bench.

When NABS was active Curt Stokes had dozens of crew figures on Bismarck and Yamato; I always had a few on my ships, usually high up on the superstructure. The ones higher up tended to last longer. They weren't visible from far off but added a lot to the models at hobby show displays.

Curt used American/European N gauge railway figures which were 1/160 scale; being a British N Gauge modeller I had sources for a limited number of suitable figures from the UK in 1/148 scale.
