    Do you have a service carving a mold out of foam or something?

    Plugs are machined. Fiji went from cad to that in 3 days. Mogami a little more due to hull being more complex

    DUDE! Are you giving tours of the workshop at the battle? Will we get to see the umpa-lumpas at work? No way you are doing this by yourself :)

    Yea I plan to have the dinner in my shop of course I have to clean it with all the machining I have been doing no matter the dust system it still gets everywhere.

    I've been privileged to walk through Santa Charley's workshop. It's like a cross between Newport News Shipyards and NASA's Kennedy VAB. I got shop envy so bad, I almost moved in.

    I have a Fiji. Make sure you build it light weight. At 10.5lbs it was too heavy. Much better at 9.5lbs. Shoot for 9-9.5lbs.

    Alright plug is done and ready to mold. :) Here she is during finish sanding. Full armor belt is added to boot!

    Oh yea after machining Fiji and Mogami which took longer than normal due to the acme lead screw on the Z axis was worn out on my 15 year old machine she got an upgrade tonight preloaded ball screw to match X and Y had to do some machine to be a drop in replacement.

    Woo-hoo now 200 inch per minute verses 80
