In Treaty she will run maximum warship speed 38 knots. So 22 seconds.
In fast-gun she is 22 seconds in IRCWCC. I think she is 22 (perhaps 21) seconds in MWC.
If I remember correctly, her speed in big-gun is almost the same.
So little (or no) changes in speed.

Not quite. 22 sec is over 50 knots in Big Gun. The correct Big Gun speed would be 25 seconds for 45 knots. Then again, that should be a simple matter of dialing down your ESC.

    A one-unit cannon. And a half-unit pump.

What are you using for a gas bottle in her? I'm still trying to decide on my German Z-boat, but have not made up my mind as of yet, but will need enough gas to fire 75 BB's. Was thinking 2 cross fed 16 gram threaded disposiables, with 2 Palmer regs in it. Still need to weight the setup to see if it will all fit, but I think it will.

That is a good idea, Dave. You might not even need two regulators if you can find and link together two cartridge holders into a single regulator. I really like that idea.

Thats a good idea Mike, will save a little bit more. Added my rudder SS tubes this evening. Maybe when were up in NC, Mikey can bring his down, and we can do a one on one?

I will be using a standard 12 gram cartridge.
I used to get between 48-52 shots with them.
I will only be carrying 50 rounds, so that will be plenty.

A 12 will do that many? I was using a 16 in my Sri Arutha and it would just do 50. Maybe I just need to de tweek it a little. SO using 2 16 grams, around 1 oz of CO2 should do 75 then. I was thinking it would fall a little bit short. Wish they made a refillable 2 oz bottle.

Thanks Mikey for the quick response. Time to go put in the Stuffing tubes.

Hows yours coming Mikey, I got right at 20 hours in mine now, maybe 4 more hours or so and it will be done. Just got it sheeted and painted to do a float test on it tomorrow, then just wire up the motors, and a little more on the superstructure to do.

Well then Dave, i would love to see some pictures of that beast then. I dropped my z23 the other night walking into the garage with it and totally separated the subdeck from the hull. Im just glad i didnt jam the rudders or the props into the concrete.

Eh, funny how between moving the bis and the z-boat around i drop the one that weighs less than 5lbs. =(

We are hijacking Mikey's thread here, LOL. I don't think he will care too much since it's all about destroyers. Well mine floats just great, had it in the tub last night. I managed to squeeze in a 3 1/2 oz bottle, and a kips solenoid, and its still 4 oz under weight. Still need to add a few super parts, and just the wires on the motors, and waterproof the decks, so it should be a couple of oz's underweight. Can't wait to back up to someone and dump 75 rounds into them, then run away for 2 mins, and reload, and go again. It has enough battery power, and gas for 3 complete sorties. And if it does get sunk who cares, 200 point for sinking + damaged scored on it, no pump so that will be low, in comparison to the damage it can dish out, so most the time it's going to be a positive trade off.

It's a Kamakaze destroyer. Jeff L will love it. Sounds like you got some repair work to do, should not be too much work as long as its just seperation.

I was wondering if it was possible to get a 3.5 bottle into a destroyer. With that much gas on board, should be able to reload and get back on the water very quick indeed!

I was just looking at the weight on Mikeys Destroyer, its like 4 pounds 10 oz, it should handle a 3.5 oz bottle with no problem, as long as he keeps the battery weight down. Mine has 2 packs of 2/3 subc's in it, for 3 amps total. Around 8 oz for the batteries.

Mine is kinda on-hold for the next month or so, while I finish some other projects.
I hope to have it on the water and combat-ready by June or July.
    To be honest.. Probably July.
But I am looking forward to getting back to work on it.
