    Interestingly, I requested permission from the French wbmaster a year a go or so to mirror the French plans over on NTXBG or RCWarships, both to save them bandwidth and provide a backup source, and was told that

    1) no I could not have permission,
    2) I should let them worry about their bandwidth, no help was necessary nor desired,and
    3) if I put them up, they would charge me USD$1,000 per page of plans mirrored per month.

    And that sort of hassle is exactly why I'm loath to build a proper mirror out of them and host it.
