Future build - Mendez Nunez

This will be a future build. Hopefully the near future. The plan set I have wasn't perfect so I created the hull in fusion to iron out any inconsistency. Hoping to create a wooden hull after making a set of build plans from this.
Until then, can anyone guess the ship?

The bow looks to be a defining feature. Can we get a closeup, maybe from a different angle?

 

It kinda reminds me of hms delhi with the 5”/38s but wrong country. Can’t be Orp Conrad on Orp dragon because they didn’t gain that more pronounced bow slope. Not a German M class the step in the deck is too far forward. Not a Dutch one. Kinda curious now.
