    Welcome aboard Master Chief ,from former FC on USS Caron(RIP)...I see by your picture those safety harnesses never went out of fashion!! do they still come with the “ball buster accessory “for those not knowing:(a heavy safety device that hooks to a rail on the ladder going up the mast).
    PA is a good ship,built one from scratch 10 years ago but did not start battling until 3 years ago.
    Good luck

    PS: My son is a Nuc EM don't know where I went wrong with him.:D

    Thank you Will although it is no longer Master Chief and just Mister :D. When were you stationed on the Caron? One of my buddies, Jene Nissen was one of the last XO's on the Caron. To answer your question the harnesses are the still the same, and they still come with the standard ball busters. My son is a CTR, go figure. . .

    When the Kotoris finish Prototype, we'll have at least 4 nuke EMs in the hobby :) As a good nuke EM myself, I know that if anything breaks on one of my ships, it's likely to be electric :)

    Hi Ken;

    You had commented about my modeling of the 3" gun at the bow of my liberty ship.
    I recall something about that you had spent some time around one and had taken numerous photos, and had offered me copies of the photos so that I make a better rendition of the gun for my boat.

    Does that ring some bells?

    Looking for to the next time we all get together.

    Thanks Ken:

    Hmmmmm, that looks like it is going to be a real challenge to model in 144 scale!
