Hi Everyone, I've been following this message board for a while and finally decided to get involved in the hobby. I already ordered an Iron Duke kit from Battler's Connection; I'm going to be posting a build thread for anyone who is interested. I'm currently in central NJ but I'm moving to the DC area this summer, which is where I intend to battle. It looks like there are a few people battling in that area.
I'll be in the Silver Spring/Bethesda area, so not too far from Rockville. Hopefully will have enough space to set up my workbench, but we will see. May have to take you up on that offer.
Cool! Your Iron Duke will compliment my QE quite nicely. After you're settled in I'll have to take you over to Annapolis one Friday evening to introduce you to Marty's gang, aka the Maryland Attack Group (MAG).
