Long time fascination, first time showing initiative. Have been building model kit aircraft and boats for many years. Would appreciate any help with issues in hull building/design. As well as finding technical criteria for classes (in. hull thickness).

Curious if Queen's Own or anything else 1/72 still a thing?

    Thanks!

Last I heard (several years ago) the Queen's Own was still active in Washington state, although they have very little online presence anymore. I haven't heard anything from them recently, but since I am moving out that way I hope to visit and check it out.

Unfortunately the last post online is from several years ago. Do you have any, or plan on building any, 1/72 ships?

There is some 1/72 battling in Northern CA, they don't have a large online presence either

Any of those 4 guys will definitely email you back...however...they live a long way from Toronto unfortunately. But they will know of anyone closer in the 1/72 battling community.

There is lots of 1/144 battling in upstate NY and PN too if that suits your fancy.
