Hey guys.... although I do not compete anymore, thanks for the memories NS! I am posting the pics of the site I suggested to Chris for your battles. Here is the first shot. It is a shot from waterfront at the beach looking south.
I think either the beach itself if unpopulated is good.... or 300 feet south by the bridge..... here is what the water looks like.

Ok.... popular demand..... and all that.... Chris' ball and chain needs to see him in the water.... walk of shame anyone??/??? Here he is checking the depth at the Beach..... it was clear the whole way out.... it is dreged regularly.

Someone order cold nuggets!!!!???!!! It ain't warm here. Is it CHris? "nope" Here is the Captain residing at 50 plus feet in the next caption.... remmeber this is off the beach... the middle is about 8 feet deep.
More to post later..... looks like a great site.... exactly 10km from our front door or 5 minute drive.... right past a walmart/kent/canadian tire.... and the best damned diner in twon... FRANK'S!!!! Should be good to see you guys.... I'll post the rest in a bit.... the proposed battling area for CANNATS looks good.... really good..... you can captain right off a bridge.... no water fowl..... no swimmers..... it is good. In the same lake. Look again at the first pic.... u can see the bridge in the background.... it is a little cove that CHris and I have dubbed... Fred Grove. Enjoy!
Looks Great guys. I like this site. Kinda reminds me of Maynard Lake. Hey Craig that's quite a shadow you cast there... Looks good enough to battle. I am looking forward to going to the diner.
