Just received 4 cells I ordered from evassemble.com, placed order on 3/2 arrived 4/5
23.79 per cell, with shipping made them 33.83 per cell. Plus they came with holders and connecting plates.
so it appears to be a safe place to order from.

What are you planning to use to charge these Will? Does 15ah cover your power needs for an entire day?

Setting it up 2 x 6.6v in parallel, should be good for a day of battling. My charger will work just have the settings right.

20170408_232142.jpg Made my packs up and learned how to use the balancing board. That is after I fixed the bad traces and re-arranged the wires on the connectors from eBay...kept the smoke in the batteries!

A rule change lets you charge batteries between sorties.

p.s. this was so people who like Lead/acid batteries can stay competative.

Understood. I was more concerned about the fact he wouldn't be able to put much charge back in with a limited charger/psu and short time.

At most battles you charge over night at the hotel room

Those are rated at around 2C continuous ... I suggest all Allied captains order them.

Which is fine for a cruiser, when you run 4 of them. Most cruisers can get by on 22 amps, and if your just starting out a cheap way to power your boat.

The 10 amp cells are rated 3C, with a burst of 10C.

And if you go to other sites these batteries are listed as 3C, with a burst of 10C, so no different, same part number. They have the cardboard tube, so you can just slide that off, and the case is the return, just cover with heat shrink, or plastic dip them.

May be good for the new destroyers, each cell is 5 ounces, will need 2 to run a boat.

I ordered four of the 15AH cells on 03/29, just received them today 05/10. I was pleasantly surprised to not have to pay an extortion fee to the local UPS guy on delivery. Perhaps this is because the batteries were shipped from China to another company here in Canada and then handed off to UPS for final delivery.
