    Hi everyone.

So a part that I thought would be simple has turned out to be quite a challenge. I am not sure why. Anyway, I am trying to get my dual sterns mounted on my cruiser and am having a really hard time. Can you wonderful people post up some pictures of how you have mounted your cannons so I can get an idea? I don't have any metal-working capabilities right now, however, so I won't be able to duplicate those kinds of mounts.

    Thanks!

Thanks guys. Steve, that one gives me an idea. I already have a wooden mount on top of the deck that is similar to yours. I think the mount under the deck might work. I won't use it for anything but securing the cannon itself, though.

I might also try to build a supporting mount like the one in the thread posted by Snipe. That might work as well.

Take a piece of hardwood split it down the middle after drilling two holes through it One Direction then drill 3 holes the other direction for bolts and blind nuts making a wooden clamp but both cannons in it, glue one side of the clamp to the bottom of the deck.

Here's how I mounted my dual sterns. Easy to make with just a hacksaw and hand drill.

Wow, that's a nice setup Beaver. I hate it when a kid half my age is smarter than me....
